Summary: The methodology for assessing the attractiveness of a supplier of agricultural resources in the conditions of digital economy development is presented in the article. The methodology includes: a system of criteria that characterize the current and prospective activity of the supplier (the time of finding the supplier on the market, the range of products, the average selling prices in a certain position, the possibility of providing consulting services, the availability of discounts and their sizes, the timing of the order, the financial position of the supplier, etc. ); secondly, the algorithm for determining the quantitative evaluation of criteria based on the significance factors of a certain criterion (proportional change within the boundaries indicated, compared with the average values ​​for the republic); thirdly, a step-by-step algorithm for the practical implementation of the proposed methodology for management levels of agricultural organizations (international, republican and microlevel); fourthly, a questionnaire on the evaluation of interaction with suppliers to determine the level of reliability of supplies and a questionnaire on the use of a particular resource in a certain region; Fifth, the scheme of information support for suppliers of material resources for agriculture. Practical application of the methodology in agricultural organizations of Glubokoe district of Vitebsk region made it possible to identify the reserves for the reduction of material and financial costs for the purchase of plant protection products in the amount: 5.7% in the average for the peasant farms of the district, and 8.7% for Chernevychy, JSC "Gluboksky Mixed Fodder Plant" - 12.1%, which reduced the cost of 1 ton of grain by 1,6 BYN, 2,3 BYN and 2,9 BYN respectively, on agricultural producers.

Assessment of the development of farms in Belarus. P. 29–36

Summary: The role of farms in the agriculture of Belarus is considered in the article. The features of legislation and the main forms of land use are given. Based on the statistical data, an analysis of the state of farming in the Republic of Belarus was carried out between 2010 and 2017. Positive and negative aspects of their activity were noted. A conclusion is made about the prospects for the development of farming in the territory of Belarus.

Sustainable feed base as the most important factor in reducing the cost of milk production. P. 37–44

Summary: The article analyzes the influence of feed consumption on the cost of milk production by agricultural organizations of Minsk region. Overspending of feed for dairy herd is calculated and its causes are revealed. The comparative evaluation of costs and yield of feed units for growing fodder crops in the JSC «Gastellovskoye». A proposal was made to improve the structure of the acreage of fodder crops and calculated the economic effect of its implementation. Examined the diets of fresh cows and high yielding, cows with the daily milk yield of 20 l and their cost. The economic effect of the use of feed in the division of cows into groups, taking into account productivity. The production and economic indicators of dairy cattle breeding development in JSC «Gastellovskoe» for 2015–2017 in connection with the development of the fodder base are analyzed.

Summary: The article shows the main approaches to state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial sector at the level of the European Union as a whole and in the context of the participating countries; characteristic features and principles that determine the success and integrity of a single agrarian policy; factors contributing to the productivity of agricultural land; agri-environmental requirements limiting the import of genetically modified products; main tasks in the development of the new policy of the agricultural sector of the economy; priority areas for regulating measures to support agricultural producers, integrated development of rural areas, and increasing the competitiveness of the EU agrarian sector.

Summary: The article summarizes the scientific approaches to the description of the financial potential of rural development and the methodology for its evaluation. The definition of OP and its components, characteristic of the industry, is given. A logical formula is proposed for calculating the potential of financial development. This will expand the range of definitions of the dynamics of the rural development of Ukraine, predict the overall development of territories based on the balance of resources.
